Rentals

Full Service Planning

$2,500


Requires a $250 deposit at the time of booking and the full balance paid 4 weeks before the event

Includes

  • Must be booked a minimum of 8 months before the event day
  • Monthly planning meetings starting at booking
  • Planner takes on vendor booking and communication responsibility once booked
  • Planner assists with tracking budget and guest count
  • The planner creates a custom timeline for the event day
  • Monthly check-ins with the event host, virtually or in person
  • Rehearsal coordination
  • Planner and assistant on-site for event coordination for up to 16 hours
  • Set-up and tear-down done by Vela and Veil Staff


Partial Planning

$2,000


Requires a $250 deposit at the time of booking and the full balance paid 4 weeks before the event

Includes

  • Must be booked a minimum of 6 months before event day
  • Monthly planning meetings starting 6 months from event day
  • Planner can assist with finding and introducing vendors
  • Planner will take over vendor communication 3 months before event day
  • The planner assists in making a timeline for the event day
  • Rehearsal coordination
  • Planner and assistant on-site for event coordination for up to 16 hours
  • Set-up and tear-down done by Vela and Veil Staff


Event Management

$1,500


Requires a $500 deposit at the time of booking and the full balance paid 4 weeks before the event

  • 3 planning meetings
  • Planner will take over vendor communication 1 month before the event day
  • Planner will finalize the timeline for the event day
  • Rehearsal coordination
  • Planner and assistant on-site for event coordination for up to 16 hours
