Full Service Planning
$2,500
Requires a deposit at the time of booking and the full balance paid 4 weeks before the event
Includes
- Must be booked a minimum of 8 months before event day
- Access to planning and design tools/resources
- Planner takes on vendor booking and communication responsibility
- The planner creates a custom timeline for the event day
- Regular check-ins with the event host, virtually or in person
- Rehearsal walk-through
- 12-hour day of coordination, including overseeing set-up and tear-down.
Partial Planning
$2,000
Requires a deposit at the time of booking and the full balance paid 4 weeks before the event
